By accessing or using our Website, purchasing our fine art prints, or engaging with our services, you (the “Collector,” “Buyer,” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
These Terms govern all sales of physical fine art prints, limited-edition collections, and related products processed through our WooCommerce store. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit order quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including after an order has been submitted.
Retention of Rights: All photographs, digital art, text, graphics, logos, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Dancho Atanasov and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No Transfer of Copyright: The purchase of a physical fine art print or limited-edition artwork does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial exploitation rights to the Buyer.
Usage Restrictions: The Buyer receives a physical artifact for personal display or private collection only. You may not copy, scan, digitally reproduce, modify, redistribute, or use any purchased image or website graphic for commercial purposes, digital publication, advertising, or online display without express, prior written consent from the Artist.
Authenticity: Limited-edition prints are strictly capped at the production run specified on the product page. Each limited-edition print is issued with a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity or specific artist marking. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced in that exact format or medium.
Display Variations: While we strive to display the colors, textures, and details of our artwork as accurately as possible, individual monitor calibrations vary. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color or finish (such as Aluminium Dibond or matte surfaces) will precisely match the physical print.
Fulfillment Infrastructure: To guarantee museum-grade archival longevity and color accuracy, all limited-edition prints are custom-produced to order and fulfilled via our professional imaging laboratory partner, Loxley Colour, utilizing their strategic European production hubs in Glasgow, Scotland and Buchten, Netherlands.
Production & Transit Timelines: Once an order is successfully placed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing. Following processing, the production and specialized printing phase requires 6 to 7 business days. Shipping transit time generally requires an additional 7 to 10 business days depending on the final destination.
Free Worldwide Shipping & Geographic Exclusions: We provide free standard worldwide shipping. However, due to international courier restrictions and transit reliability issues, we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, Afghanistan, and North Korea.
Delivery Accuracy: When placing an order, the Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the provided shipping address is entirely correct. Orders that are returned to the facility due to an incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect address will incur an additional re-shipping fee to be covered by the Buyer.
Damaged in Transit: Our premium fine art prints (including Aluminium Dibond formats) are shipped using a secure, double-box method—encased in a padded protective inner white box and placed within a heavy-duty outer shipping crate. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or compromised by the courier, the order is eligible for a replacement or refund handled directly by the printing facility.
All Sales Are Final: Because our fine art photography prints are custom-produced, printed-on-demand, and limited-edition items registered directly to the collector, cancellations of orders cannot be accepted once your images have been printed and shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Exceptions for Printing Defects or Transit Damage: Returns, refunds, or reprints are strictly limited to instances where the items are found to be physically defective due to the printing process, or where they were visibly damaged during transit.
Mandatory 5-Day Inspection & Reporting Window: The Buyer must thoroughly inspect all products immediately upon arrival. To claim a refund or replacement for a defective or damaged item, you must contact our printing facility, Loxley Colour, within 5 days from the date you receive the order (or within 5 days from the date it was officially scheduled to arrive).
Reporting Procedure: Your claim must be submitted directly via email to Loxley Colour at cs@loxleycolour.com, Phone: +44 (0)1236 862720 or through their official support portal at https://www.loxleycolour.com/help/contactus. The submission must include:
Your unique order number.
Complete buyer contact information.
Clear, photographic proof of the manufacturing defects or the transit damage to the package and artwork.
All transactions are securely handled through authorized third-party payment gateways (including Stripe and WooCommerce Payments). We do not store or have access to your full credit card or financial authentication details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dancho Atanasov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or connected with the purchase or display of the artwork.
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain [or your primary legal registration country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
